DLL failure when starting the 0.6.1 client

Description

I've installed the new client today, before I used version 0.4.1.
If I try to start the new Client I get the following error message:

"CentrED - Einsprungspunkt nicht gefunden
Der Prozedureinspungspunkt "freeaddrinfo" wurde in der DLL "ws2_32.dll" nicht gefunden"

my OS is Windows 2000, perhabs I have an older DLL, if this is the only problem, could you add the DLL to the downloadpackage?

I've done a view tests. That failure happens since version 0.5.
It also needs the ws2help.dll and kernel32.dll, but the kernel dll you can download on dll-files.com does not work
